Dedicated Server with SSD

Lease your dedicated server with SSD hard drives and increase the performance of your server without additional costs—because the first SSD hard drives are already included in the price. With the use of SSD hard drives, the I/O performance is increased significantly (94,000 IPOS) compared to SATA hard drives, permitting operation of applications with a high demand on data throughput. SSD hard drives are ideally suited if you have a project requiring a lot of dynamic content or fast data access.

1,000 MBit connection

Your dedicated server automatically includes a 1000 Mbit connection with a direct link to our premium backbone. In contrast to other providers, webtropia.com provides traffic with a guaranteed peak bandwidth of 300 Mbit. The premium backbone distinguishes itself through a variety of tier 1 carriers and direct peering (interconnection) with all relevant DSL and cable providers (including Deutsche Telekom, Kabel Deutschland and Unitymedia) and possesses a total bandwidth of 370 Gbits. This connection is especially suited for latency-critical services and game server providers.

Management

Webtropia.com customer management makes it possible for you to manage your dedicated server easily. Here you have the option to reinstall your server, to reboot and, if necessary, to start the server in rescue mode. And, you can register and manage domains easily, as well as setup DNS entries. If you need additional IPs, these can be ordered conveniently, quickly and easily through customer management. Even entire IP subnets can be ordered via central customer management.

Monitoring

Monitor your dedicated root server around the clock and get an overview of the data transfer your server has generated at a glance. All data can be observed and evaluated at any time. In the event of a root server failure, you will be notified by email. Optionally you can order an SMS package and be notified via SMS.

Low-cost IP addresses

At webtropia.com you can lease your root server IPv4 addresses for the low price of €1/month. If the IPv4 addresses included are not sufficient for your needs, webtropia.com offers the option to extend the number of IP addresses for all dedicated and root servers. Learn more about IP pricing here.

Service Level Agreement

All dedicated servers from webtropia.com are subject to the SLA gold level. This ensures a guaranteed availability of your dedicated server for an annual average of 99.95%. Find more information and a detailed overview here.

In compliance with Directive 2006/112/EC as amended, the final prices for private customers within the EU may vary depending on the country of residence, as the country-specific VAT of the respective country of residence is applied. The prices stated in the offers include VAT for the Federal Republic of Germany (currently 19%). If the place of residence is outside Germany, the VAT of the respective country of residence will be adjusted accordingly on the invoice. For customers outside the EU, the prices quoted are net, excluding VAT.
